stephendrew.com is the personal website of Stephen Drew. Architecture Social Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 10430707), is the controller of personal information handled through it.

Visiting this website

The site has no registration, advertising pixels or analytics scripts. Fonts and images are served with the website. Your light or dark theme choice is saved in your own browser.

Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes technical information such as your IP address, browser information and the pages requested to deliver and protect the site. We use this processing for our legitimate interest in running a secure, reliable website.

Sending a note

Send a note sends the details you enter to Stephen by email: your name, email address, business or organisation, the topic you chose and your message. The website passes them to Resend, our email delivery provider, which delivers them to Stephen’s Architecture Social inbox. Your email address is used to reply to you. If sending fails, you can open the same note as a draft in your own email app instead.

We use these details to respond to you and discuss what you asked about. Depending on your enquiry, this is to take steps towards a contract or for our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. We keep them for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and meet relevant record-keeping obligations.

Booking a call

Book a call shows Stephen’s calendar from Cal.com in the contact panel. When you book, Cal.com receives the details you enter, such as your name, email address and what you would like to talk about, and sends you and Stephen the invitation. The call takes place on Microsoft Teams. We use these details to prepare for and hold the call, and keep them as described above.

The calendar only loads when you reach the contact panel. If you would rather not use Cal.com, send a note instead.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us about your personal information and request access, correction, deletion or restriction.
